Mission Focused
Teya is mission focused. We employ a flexible response to customer requirements, focusing on client wants and needs and changing course as necessary to ensure consistent quality and total satisfaction. We utilize various electronic platforms to administer and oversee contracts across numerous locations, as well as dedicated on-site managers. Our on-site leaders work closely with the COR to provide early identification of potential issues and take immediate action to prevent quality control issues from arising. Your program and mission will be successful with us running it.
Leadership
Teya TIPS is run by Jim Sweeney, our Managing Director. Mr. Sweeney with over 30 years of commercial & 20 years of Federal experience successfully supporting DoD, Intel and Civilian clients. Mr. Sweeney runs the day to day operations of our TIPS division and is the Executive sponsor for all programs within his division.
Program Management Oversight
Teya provides comprehensive Program and Project Management for all of our Federal Program which ensures overall quality and execution in accordance with prescribed quality metrics. Our staff are well versed in your agency requirements, policy and mandates which ensure a well run and successful program.
